GameON Finance 2014
I handled press outreach for Interactive Ontario’s GameON Finance Conference in November 2014. It saw – by far – the greatest press attention of any Interactive Ontario event yet.
For Toronto studio Incubator Games, I did marketing, social & PR for Feeding Time, their first game. I created a unique viral blog, managed content on social media networks, saw a ton of press attention across gaming media.
For Toronto-based games company Blot Interactive, I served as Marketing & PR specialist for Chat Fu, their first game. I took ownership over their blog, social media networks, and marketing and saw coverage in various websites and publications across North America.

Level Up Showcase
Along with Emily Claire Afan, I took care of the social and PR needs of 2013’s Level Up Showcase – a large expo of 12 participating institutions’ game design programs’ student-made games. This was the third annual, but the first showcase to catch the attention of any media – and we got a ton, including television, print, Youtube bloggers, websites and more.
I worked on contract for Pop Sandbox’s first videogame Pipe Trouble – an interactive commentary on the natural gasline debate in Canada. I managed press relations and social media for the game, planned the media launch event and organized our grassroots marketing campaign.
